  • 4 tortillas (25 / 30 cm)
  • 300 g ground beef (or chicken)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup cooked red beans
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g grated cheese (cheddar or similar)
  • Tomato sauce or hot sauce to taste

How to Prepare a Burrito?
 

The burrito is a tasty and complete recipe that combines a soft tortilla, flavorful meat, and fresh ingredients. 1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion. Sauté until golden.

2. Add the ground meat and cook while stirring until fully cooked.

3. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for a few minutes.

4. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, mixing well.

5. Add the cooked red beans and cooked rice, mixing everything together.

6. Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or in the oven to make them softer.

7. Place the filling in the center of each tortilla.

8. Add the grated cheese and tomato sauce or hot sauce to taste.

9. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form the burrito.

10. Serve hot, optionally toasting the burrito lightly in a pan for a crispier surface.
